Managing Director and Lead Consultant

Nigel is a competent Certified Enterprise Architect with 17 years’ experience in implementing architecture to achieve business outcomes. This has been in the positions of Director, Manager and Chief Architect providing strategy and architecture leadership across Cloud, AI, Data and technology enablement programs of work.

Over the last six years, Nigel has expanded the Strategic Architects' business and has led his team to achieve transformational change as Lead Enterprise Architect Consultant in government and private organisations.

Nigel is a results-orientated business and ICT professional with 25 years’ experience in the fields of housing and public works (including racing), emergency services, elections, health, mining, water, local government, pharmacy, police, and financial institutions. 

Nigel has exceptional strategic level skills, a sound knowledge of emerging technologies and apply this knowledge by developing strategies and roadmaps and architecting digital innovative programs in organisations to achieve positive business outcomes. 

Principal Consultant - Program, Project and Change Manager

Jasmine is an energetic Project Management leader who is proud to deliver digital transformation projects with end users at the heart of what she does. 

Jasmine seamlessly combines PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies and Change Management principles to ensure projects are delivered right the first time and to an exceptional quality that all stakeholders can rally behind. 

Jasmine has over 15 years of corporate experience working in the Healthcare, Telecommunications, Agriculture, Higher Education and Finance industries, and now leads a team of equally passionate Project Management professionals specialising in Digital Transformation projects. 

Lead Consultant - Data and Information Architect

Venkatesh is a leader and advisor in technology, strategy, and governance areas of Data & Information Management. 

He has passion for data and information, transforms organisation’s data and analytics landscape to achieve larger efficiencies, cost savings and risk reduction. 

He believes in continuous innovations, enriching user experience, and enhancing organisation’s data culture. 

Venkatesh has about 22 years’ experience in the fields of telecom, finance, government, travel, manufacturing, and retail businesses. 

Venkatesh has led IT architecture for large strategic projects in Queensland State Government replacing legacy systems and transforming organisations business. 

Venkatesh has TOGAF 9, SAFe, Azure Data and Data Science certifications with a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering.

Principal Consultant - Enterprise and Solution Architect

Morris Rashad is a Principal Enterprise Architect with over 30 years’ experience and has worked in very senior Architecture and Consulting roles on many large ($100M+) Systems Integration projects locally, interstate and overseas across a wide range of industry verticals.

These industry verticals include Government, Police, Health, Defence, Airlines and Utilities (Telecommunications, Electricity, Water). 

Morris has unique and enviable experience in dealing with the complexities of large IT and business transformation projects. 

This is across many dimensions: conceptual/investment (business cases), architectural, technical, operational, project management and organisational change. 

Morris is a certified TOGAF 9.1 Enterprise Architect and has a Master of Science.

Principal Consultant - Enterprise and Solution Architect

Chris is a Principal Architect with over 30 years experience in Australia, UK and France. He has worked in very senior Architecture and Consulting roles on many large ($100M+) assignments for Government and Private Industry. 

This has covered a wide range of industry sectors including: Cloud services, Software products, Finance, Banking, Insurance, Media & Advertising, Libraries, Justice, Healthcare, Transport, and Utilities (Telecommunications, Water). 

Chris has been involved in the complete lifecycle of large multi-disciplinary IT and business transformation projects. This has included all stages: visioning and business case, architecture (conceptual, logical, physical), detailed design, implementation, testing, deployment and commissioning, operational, project management and organisational change. 

Principal Consultant - Project Manager

Judy is a highly experienced Portfolio, Project and Program Director and Manager specialising in business case development and delivery of projects and programs. 

Her experience is in facilitating digital transformation in both public and private sectors. 

Judy has worked extensively in the areas of human services, finance, housing, public safety, transport, telecommunications and public policy in a career spanning 30 years. 

She has held senior executive roles in the Queensland State Government and Director roles in the Big 4 consulting firms.

She is a professionally qualified Program and Project Manager in PRINCE@ and MSP, has Design Thinking and Facilitator certifications and a Master of Science. 

Senior Consultant - Project Manager

Gareth has extensive experience in delivering Information and Communication Technology projects in large complex organisations resulting in positive feedback from clients and sponsors.

He has expertise in engaging business stakeholders in positive relationships, building project structures and teams to deliver consistently successful outcomes.

Gareth has the ability to guide the delivery of strategies, architecture, designs and technology roadmaps, developed by Strategic Architects.

Gareth has achieved great success over the years and been awarded a number of project management awards as a Queensland, National and Asia Pacific winner.

He is able to provide program and project management expertise, guidance and information, in order to deliver on statements of work. His effective governance and management leads to positive delivery.

Senior Consultant - Enterprise and Solution Architect

Martin is a highly skilled, all round IT consultant - skilled architect and manager who aspires to organisational excellence through continuous improvement and desire to work collaboratively with other people who value quality, innovation and excellence themselves.

Martin has a pragmatic approach, using his broad range of skills, to get the desired outcomes drawing on experiences from many industries, and exposure to many platforms and technologies.

Martin has run many large projects, as well as being an architect and developer, with a focus on software integration.

Martin is particularly interested in projects that make the world a better place or really improve people's lives. His goal is to be able to run his own business, and fund humanitarian projects where he can directly participate in affecting change in people’s lives.

Martin is a competent TOGAF 9 Certified Architect that specialises in Solution and Integration Architecture.

Consultant - Business Analyst

Priya has about five years of experience in IT industry and worked in various projects over time. She has strong data analysis and application process mapping skills that is required in small to large transformation programs. She has strong commitment and dedication to get things done and done right. 

With website application development experience, she has strong motivation to expand her knowledge in Power Platform that offers modern frameworks to build applications in a corporate environment. 

Principal Consultant - Solution Architect

Sarath is an experienced Solution and Cloud Architect. He has experience in working with financial businesses including the mandatory requirements of system-to-system integration; defining conceptual, logical and physical architecture, security domain – PCI DSS and future-proofing current solutions for cloud implementation.

He is an energetic cloud architect with over fifteen years of technology consulting experience. Expertise in designing technology solutions (Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, and others) to solve business problems, cloud architectures, and leading teams of technology professionals. Expertise in Presentations, managing teams, building strategic relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

He has TOGAF Certification and Cloud Certification in Azure and Google.

Consultant - Project and Finance Manager

Arielle is a dedicated and results-oriented Project Manager with a proven track record of success in managing complex projects. She thrives on challenges and seeks roles that allow her to leverage her expertise in project coordination, governance, and communication to contribute effectively to Primary Project Teams.

With a diverse background in mental health, including experience working as a Crisis Support Counsellor, Arielle brings a sense of calm and composure to her project management approach. She excels at carefully assessing and maximizing the strengths and uniqueness of her team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Arielle is passionate about making a difference and is committed to continuous growth and development in the project management field. Currently pursuing her CAPM with PMIQLD, she demonstrates sheer grit and determination in her journey to become a successful Project Manager.
